Project Details

JPA Health leads the launch of the enhanced Continued Professional Certification (CPC) Program to transform how CRNAs feel about NBCRNAs. This video launch will equip CRNAs with information and resources on the value of the updated CPC Program to provider quality and patient safety. Additionally, it will emphasize how every CRNA has a unique certification journey to reflect their own professional development and career.

Value Added as a Project Manager & Producer

• Oversee all production activities (pre-production, shoots, post-production)

• Ensure proper assessment of location, equipment prior to shoot day

• Managed team expectations and developed realistic estimates, scope and timeline 

• Proactively identify project issues/risks while tracking towards a fast production turnaround of 2 months

• Increased awareness and understanding of the updated CPC Program

• Driven participation and adoption of the updated Continued Professional Certification (CPC) Program and its Longitudinal Assessment (LA)
